Q. What types of services to you offer?
A. We offer homemaker, companion and sitter services including but not limited to meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, transport to appointments, medication reminders, grocery shopping and errands. All services provided are non-medical.
Q. Do you have CNA’s?
A. As a licensed homemaker companion agency, we do not perform any medical services. We do have some CNA’s, but they cannot perform CNA duties under contract with our agency.
Q. Do you accept insurance?
A. Some long term care policies allow payment to homemaker companion agencies. You will need to check with your individual policy. Aid and Attendance program through the Veterans Administration if qualified.
Q. Can caregivers provide transportation to appointments?
A. Caregivers are allowed to accompany and transport clients to appointments. If the caregiver uses their own personal vehicle in service of client, the client will be charged the government allotted rate for mileage.
Q. Will we be assigned the same caregiver each time?
A. We try to keep the same caregiver with the same client. Caregivers are matched according to client interests.

Q. What is the cost of the service?
A. Rates vary per location with a 3 hr. minimum. Please call the location that is closest to you for current rates. We offer individual and couple rates.

Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. No deposit is required.
